Refund Policy
Can I return a product?
The Guru's Hut has a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Should you wish to return an item(s), we will issue you with a full refund, less the relevant courier collection fee and a 10% re-stocking fee. Please note that you will be responsible for the courier collection fee when making a return
You can choose store credit or a full refund which will be made via a bank transfer.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How do I process a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thegurushut.com with your full name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How long does it take to process a refund or store credit?
Once we have received the item, in good condition, it will be processed within 24 hours. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
Can I exchange a product?
You are welcome to make an exchange, provided we have stock of the item you require.
Kindly note that there will be two courier collection fees incurred (the fee for returning the item to us and another fee for us to resend you a new product).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
